Three Cases of Giant Hydronephrosis

Abstract
|
|
|
We experienced three cases of giant hydronephrosis containing 2,100 cc, 1, 400 cc and 1,000 cc of urine.
Two cases were associated with stones at the ureteroplevic junction and one case with congenital stricture at the ureteropelvic junction.
The important clinical, laboratory and X-ray features and differential diagnosis were discussed with brief literatural review.
